The Executive Edge: A Season in Motion With the Admin Awards

A few weeks ago, Urbanride joined the Silicon Valley & San Francisco Bay Area (SVSF) administrative professional community to celebrate the culmination of its 2026 Admin Awards season. Looking ahead, we’ll head to Los Angeles for its season launch and to Texas for the Dallas gala.

Taken together, these moments offer a fitting snapshot of a partnership that is constantly in motion. While a gala brings any given regional season to a close, the relationships behind it develop over several months – through information sessions, social gatherings, networking events, and other occasions that bring administrative professionals together.

That ongoing involvement is important to us. Since May, Urbanride has hosted gatherings for administrative professionals in San Francisco, Houston, San Jose, Dallas, and Fort Worth, while also participating in information sessions and other events across multiple regions. For us, being a Premier Partner means showing up throughout the season and creating opportunities to spend time with the professionals the Admin Awards exists to support.

This past season was Urbanride’s first as a Premier Partner for the SVSF region. We were privileged to meet executive assistants and administrative professionals from across the Bay Area, where the business environment’s fast pace and high expectations place particular demands on their roles.

The gala brought months of activity together in one evening, giving us the chance to recognize outstanding professionals and celebrate their work. We look forward to sustaining and deepening these relationships well beyond the end of the season.

Meanwhile, our partnership with the Admin Awards began in Dallas in 2025, and we’ve remained actively involved in the region throughout this season. That included hosting Topgolf gatherings in Dallas and Fort Worth and participating in the “Admins Run the World” information session on August 6. Now, after months of activity, we’re looking forward to once again celebrating the professionals whose dedication, leadership, and excellence make such an impact on the organizations they support.

While Dallas heads toward the end of a season, Los Angeles is just getting started. Urbanride is joining the Los Angeles administrative professional community for the launch of its upcoming Admin Awards season. For us, this marks the beginning of several months of engagement with administrative professionals across the LA area.

From the earliest gatherings through the final celebrations, Urbanride is proud to be part of the Admin Awards community. We look forward to seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and continuing to celebrate the administrative professionals who make it all happen.
