  • Jeremy Milikow
    Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer


    As co-founder and chief executive officer of UrbanRide, Jeremy Milikow is responsible for the strategic vision of the company, managing client relationships, IT systems, setting policies, managing the sales effort and a staff of 20, new business development, marketing, and supervising all operational matters, in the office and onsite.


    His background in investment banking and engineering provides an operational and financial discipline that is useful in running the company.


    Prior to co-founding UrbanRide with his wife Emily, Mr. Milikow worked as an investment banker in the technology corporate finance division of Salomon Smith Barney, and in the Investment Banking division at Lehman Brothers.


    He has an M.S. (Master of Science) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Boston University.

  • Mitchel Bornstein
    Senior Vice President


    Mitchel Bornstein was an original investor in UrbanRide in 1999, and he joined the company in May 2006. As senior vice president of UrbanRide, Mr. Bornstein works closely with Jeremy and Emily Milikow to develop the overall strategy for the company.


    His background in investment banking and finance is useful in his current position, with responsibility for the company’s finances and administration. In addition, he manages the network of UrbanRide sub-contractors, and handles marketing, human resources and quality control.


    Prior to joining UrbanRide, Mr. Bornstein worked in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers, where he met Jeremy Milikow. He also worked at Providian, a credit card company, and Raymond James, a diversified financial services company and most recently at Compensia where he designed stock option plans for Fortune 500 companies.


    He has a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in Economics from Yale University, and an M.B.A (Master of Business Administration) from UCLA.
