UrbanRide does not offer retail transportation services.

Can you provide staffing for our event?
UrbanRide can provide airport greeting staff, dispatchers and transportation managers for any sized event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Direct bill accounts are also available to qualified organizations.

What should my attendees do if their flight is delayed?
Rest assured that UrbanRide tracks every incoming flight to ensure that transportation is waiting for your attendees. They should be provided with our toll free number (800-525-5750) in order to notify us if their flight changes. 

Will I get charged extra for a fight delay?
We never charge extra for delayed flights or delays in getting baggage.

Are there any surcharges or fees that are not included in your price quotes?
UrbanRide never charges any administrative fees, or surcharges - including fuel surcharges. 

What is the difference between UrbanRide and a DMC?
